Amelia Foster Sun Stains Cut paper and acrylic, 18x24" This piece is a part of a series called "the Panic Series." Each piece in the series was created during a panic attack and serves as a form of meditation on the interactions between human civilization and nature. Starting Bid: $100 Amelia Foster is an interdisciplinary artist exploring systems of abuse, focusing on connections between ecological and interpersonal violence. She employs fiber arts, up-cycled materials (repurposed garbage), sculpture, illustration, science based installation and experience design to illuminate and question the inherent ecological and social costs of our consumer lifestyles in the United States. She has shown her work across the United States and given talks and workshops at New York University, Columbia University, the Association for Conflict Resolution, amongst others. |

Felix Morelo Corinthian Man in NYC, 2012 Acrylic on cardboard, 15x22” Starting bid: $200 Felix Morelo is a Colombian/American artist based in New York City. He is a painter, sculptor, printmaker, book maker, performance and street artist. Morelo studied Painting at Parsons School of Design, and drawing at The Art Students League in New York City. His artwork has been shown locally in New York City at Lehman College, Blackburn Printshop, BRIC Rotunda Gallery, Howl Happening, and AAA3A Gallery to name a few, as well as national and international venues at — Fay Gold Gallery, Atlanta Georgia, BuckTown Center, Davenport Iowa, and at Fondazione Giorgio Cini in Venice, Italy and Dianxi Science and Technology Normal University in Lingang, China among others. Morelo is best known for his prolific chalk faces drawn on the sidewalks of New York City, and his enigmatic and interactive “GOOD LUCK” AND “BAD LUCK SPOTS”. Backyard/Outdoor Space autumnal cleanup PLUS spring planning consultation by Zach Tan Strein Starting Bid: $150 (2-hrs of cleaning, 1-hr phone call, follow-up email) Description: Ideal for individuals with backyard vegetable gardens or in-ground plantings. October and November are a great time of year to clean up summer annuals and to put your garden to bed for the winter. Zach will provide 2 hours of outdoor clean up, including leaf raking, mulching and/or soil amendment, and removal of debris - all bags and tools included.
