In order to stop the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing new measures for booking. Please read the following steps on how to make a booking:
1. Email thewoodsuniverse@gmail.com with your contact information to set up a phone call with a Woods staff in order to go over our new Letter of Agreement which includes the COVID-19 health and safety plan. Make sure to mention the time and purpose of your booking. 2. After the phone call, sign Letter of Agreement 3. Email thewoodsuniverse@gmail.com the date and time of your desired booking 4. We will send you a confirmation email and you will be given the lockbox code to enter the space. 5. Make payment via Venmo (@thewoodsuniverse), or in cash or check and deposit it in the safety box inside the space
Current Rates Dance Rehearsals: $10/hr (minimum 2hrs) Dance Classes & Auditions/Theater Rehearsals: $15/hr (minimum 2hrs) Yoga, Pilates/Music Rehearsals: $20/hr (minimum 1.5 hrs) Photo/Video Shoot: $30/hr Dance/Performance events: $50/hr (minimum 4 hours) (all minimums when availability allows) * In order to comply with social distancing, rehearsals, clases or events need to have a limited capacity.
